Interested in the practice of mindfulness, meditation, or just looking to relax?

Come learn about the growing movement of mindfulness, and experience meditation with us. We meet twice a week in a very informal setting to practice and discuss meditation. We have led guided breathing meditation, eating meditation, walking meditation, and body scans. We recently acquired a room dedicated to meditation. All levels of experience are welcome!

Tuesdays at 4:30 PM and Saturdays at 3:30PM

"Even in small doses, mindfulness can effect impressive changes in how we feel and think - and it does so at a basic neural level." - http://www.nytimes.com/2012/12/16/opinion/sunday/the-power-of-concentration.html?pagewanted=all The Power of Concentration - New York Times

Mindfulness at its core is about living in the present moment. It is a practice that has gained mass popularity in recent times and has received growing media coverage. Mindfulness has demonstrated proven clinical benefits and has allowed students to live life with less stress.
