The Geography of Food-Studying the Regional Food System

Application due: April 20th

The program is focused on studying the regional food system in Provence.
 The professor leading the program use to be a chef in the area and has
experience with many of the local suppliers.  Currently, it is under
enrolled so the deadline for applications has been pushed to April 20.
