Hungry for more than food?
Seeking a side of discussion with your meal?
Is food more than just food for you?

Then join Professor Susanne Freidberg for a catered dinner and discussion about her new book, Fresh: A Perishable History, on Wednesday, October 24 at Collis 101 from 6:30 - 7:30 PM.

The book explores the path food has taken to be served on your plate. Professor Freidberg's book starts with refrigeration and proceeds to look deeper into six foods that are usually found in our refrigerators: beef, eggs, fruit, vegetables, milk, and fish. Come learn more about the truth behind your food and start thinking about where did the ingredients for that pizza at '53 Commons originate from. Food is not just food anymore.

Please blitz "Dartmouth Food Connection" to RSVP. We have limited spots so sign up quickly! We will then be sending you the introduction of Fresh to read before the dinner. We hope to see you there!

And did we mention...
WE WILL BE RAFFLING OFF A COPY OF FRESH!!!

If you have any questions or comments, feel free to blitz "Dartmouth Food Connection"!
