She has been a Violence Prevention Educator for HAVEN and has been selected as the NH recipient of the 2017 National Sexual Violence Resource Center (NSVRC) Visionary Voice Award for her work in ending violence. Her commitment to violence prevention extends to her work with the NH Animal Rights League, in which she has served as a volunteer Educator and Board Member for the past several years. Her talk will provide insight on the connection between empathy for non-human animals and other human beings. This will provide a broader view on sustainable lifestyle and dietary choices.
