BEYOND THE GREEN: What we wish we'd known

Life Advice from Alumni

The prospect of life after graduation can be daunting – and who better to give advice than Dartmouth students who were in your shoes just a few years ago? Join Dartmouth fellow undergrads to hear from three recent graduates about their insights and advice.

Join us for Tuk Tuk apps as Katie Milligan '12, Kevin Griffith '14, and David Cordero '16 share their advice and insights. John Engelman '68 will moderate but be sure to bring questions of your own!

Thursday, May 10, 2018

6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Haldeman 041

Sign up (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/198MK-RqY9S4cfKw8xUG9GigYvQYzM8CMJbTJ0qFRnXY/) so we can order enough apps for everyone!

Walk-ins are always welcome.

Examples of questions that will be asked include:

  * What habits do you wish you had broken before graduation?
  * What questions do you wish you had asked during your internships?
  * How do you make Dartmouth connections when you move to a new city?
  * What do you wish you had known before applying for your first job?
  * What interview blunders do you wish someone had told you about?

Be sure to your own questions as there will be time for Q&A. Check out the alumni panelist and moderator bios!

Attendees will be entered into drawings for Dartmouth swag and one lucky winner will receive a $50 gift card to PINE!

This event is co-sponsored by Dartmouth Alumni Relations, the Hill Winds Society, and the Class of 1968.
