What’s shake out?

Shake out is Theta's shorter, simpler, more relaxed, and non-binding alternative to formal recruitment.


1.     you can stop by either or both events and stay for as little or as long as you’d like

2.     non-binding — you’ll get a response within 24 hours of each event you attend

3.     separate from formal recruitment, but you can do both shake out and formal recruitment
