*Anne Whitman*

Ms. Whitman is a founding member of Longroad Asset Management, LLC.  She
focuses on sourcing, deal execution, and working with Longroad's portfolio
companies. Ms. Whitman began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she
worked for seven years in the mergers & acquisitions group. At PwC she
advised large private equity firms and banks on acquisitions,
recapitalizations, corporate carve-outs, and restructurings. After PwC, she
was a Director for Global Crossing in their Corporate Development Group.

Ms. Whitman received a B.A. from Dartmouth College, a M.S. and M.B.A. in
Accounting from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public
Accountant.
