When: Saturday 12-1:30pm
Where: Straus Studio in the Alumni Gymnasium

Taught by DDE Guest Choreographer Mina Lawton

Open to All Levels (Participation in the Dance Ensemble not required)

*Wear clothing you are comfortable moving in, bring socks.*

Class Description: Class begins with stretching and strengthening exercises; a hybrid of yoga, pilates and exercises Mina has collected over the years as a professional dancer in NYC and abroad. After the warm up, we focus on a short piece of choreography consisting of athletic and diverse movement with the intent of exploring what our bodies can do.
