What is RGLP?



The Rockefeller Global Leadership Program (RGLP) is a one-term program which prepares Dartmouth students to work in a global environment in which ideas, capital, and people move freely across borders. This is an environment in which close collaboration is critical in order to address the most pressing issues facing our society.



Leaders in this fluid network need a variety of tools to successfully navigate professional and interpersonal situations: profound cultural understanding, impeccable communication skills, flexibility, and an ability to fully utilize technology that brings us face to face with people who share our goals- but not our culture, world view, or communication style.



Learning Objectives

-Improving inter-cultural communication

-developing elegant cross-cultural understanding

-enhancing critical and analytical thinking skills

-developing of global consciousness

-developing an increased appreciation of diversity, especially within a team setting
