Design Thinking Jam will strengthen and enhance your soft skills in interpersonal communication and group/team work as you work with a team to brainstorm programs, create a plan, and pitch that plan for the best Professional Development Accelerator program.

The LIM program gives you the opportunity to present about your meaningful cross-cultural experiences in local middle and high school classrooms.

Tucker Leaders in Community (TLC) enables first-year students to engage with the Upper Valley community, develop friendships and skills as ethical leaders, and explore contemporary issues of service, spirituality and social justice.

5) Tucker Fellowships & DPCS Internships INFO SESSION

Are you looking for a meaningful way to engage with a non-profit organization in the U.S. or around the world during your off term? Tucker Fellowships & DPCS Internships provide up to $4,000 in funding to support students working to directly serve under-resourced communities. More info at www.dartmouth.edu/~tucker/funds-grants/

6) Register now for the Day of Caring on Oct. 5

The 4th annual United Way-Dartmouth DAY OF CARING is a chance for all individuals in the area to give, advocate and volunteer. It's a day to join hands, open hearts, and show the community how to "Live United."

There will be a kick-off celebration at 8:30 am in Collis Common Ground for all participants. Volunteers will be on-site by 10 am and will return to campus by 2:30 pm.

Lunch will be provided.
