Hi Friends!

Tonight at Theology on Tap, Liz Treacy, '15, TH'16 will be leading a discussion on social justice and religion!

Discussion questions may include:

-How can or how should you use the power / privilege you have? Are there "good" ways to use power?
-Is it possible to give up power? How can you share or use the power you have without oppressing others?
-Can you break down oppressive structures of power? Subvert them? How? When? Where?
-In daily life, what are the best ways to fight injustices large and small?
-How do these structures fit into religion as an institution? What about the more individual ways to practice religion? How do those fit in?
-Can institutions work to fight against injustice? If so, how?

Join us tonight at 9 pm at the Canoe Club for an engaging discussion over a round of free drinks and garlic fries!

Peace,
Marielle
