Malala Yousafzai is an educational campaigner from Swat Valley, Pakistan, and the winner of the 2014 Nobel Peace Prize, awarded jointly to her and Kailash Satyarthi for their work in the field of children's rights. She has been campaigning since the age of 10 for the rights of girls to receive an education, and she is the co-founder of The Malala Fund, a non-profit organization that works around the world to achieve these rights.
