Spring term has begun! Hopefully mother nature takes notice and warm weather arrives.



In an effort to create a centralized place for all Green Key Weekend events and to coordinate communication to departments supporting programming, the Office of Student Life is requesting that any organizations planning to host an event submit their proposed event on the corresponding dates below.



Organizations planning to host any outdoor events during Green Key Weekend must submit their proposed event via the web-form at the link below by Friday, April 8th at 11:59pm. This will allow time for the necessary town permits and planning to be in place.



Any other events taking place over Green Key Weekend must be submitted via the web-form at the link below by Sunday, May 1st at 11:59pm. As this will put us in the three-week window before Green Key Weekend, events should be very close to "finalized" at this point.

Please note: Once all permits are in place, space reservations made and resources arranged, you will receive a confirmation email and your event will be posted on the calendar.
