James Li is the CEO of E. J. McKay. He was formerly with Merrill Lynch and McKinsey before founding the firm. James attended Harvard, the University of Chicago, and Oxford, and is an adjunct professor at Tsinghua University and Zhejiang University.


E. J. McKay is a leading Chinese investment bank active in cross-border M&A and Private Equity investments. It is one of the biggest deal makers for China/Europe and China/India corridors, and has done many China/US deals.
