Work on Visual Arts

@theDartmouth

Positions available in Snapchat, design and photography.

(No equipment or formal experience required)

The Snapchat section works to create a weekly Campus Publisher story that appears on the Discover page in the Snapchat app. Positions can include anything from brainstorming and writing articles (can you write a list of the best bathrooms for mirror selfies on campus?) to graphic design and animation. We are especially interested in hiring summer designers! Time commitments for these positions can range from 2 - 8 hours per week and are very flexible. For more information, contact: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>

Design creates graphics for articles, which can consist of digital designs, hand-drawn sketches, paintings or a combination of multiple mediums. Their work can appear alongside articles in sections ranging from opinion to sports, or even the front page of the Mirror magazine. For more information, contact: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.

Photographers have unique access to events and speakers and have an amazing opportunity to a photography portfolio! In the spring term alone, D photographers have photographed Yo-Yo Ma, Leslie Odom Jr. and President Hanlon! Want to experience a basketball game court-level or a soccer game on the field? You can do all of that as a photographer, as well as learn critical Lightroom and Photoshop skills in the photojournalism workflow! For more information, contact [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.

Other questions should be sent to: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>. We look forward to seeing your creative talent!
