Professor Benny Miller was an Israeli delegate to the 35th Session of the General Assembly of the United Nations. He was also an official of the Israeli Foreign Service, a Member of an Israeli Delegation to NATO Headquarters in Brussels, and he currently chairs the Peace and Conflict Management Studies at the University of Haifa.
