** Dartmouth Cancer and Patient Services **
// want to do community service?
// want to volunteer with a flexible schedule?
// want to engage in patient interactions outside the clinic?
// want to help out patients undergoing chemotherapy?

Come to our orientation session to learn more about what this new group does!

4:30 pm Tuesday, April 12
Tucker Living room

Who are we?
- We are a reinvented Tucker group = DCCS (Dartmouth College Cancer Society)
+ UVH (Upper Valley Hostel)

What do we do?
- weekday visits to Upper Valley Hostel where patients who live far away stay
for therapies from DHMC over the weekdays
- weekend visits to cancer patient households to help out housework that has become
physically challenging for patients undergiong chemotherapy
- termly bone marrow registry
- regular hospital visits in cancer infusion units

Orientation is mandatory for all new members!

*Note: if you have volunteered previously with either DCCS and UVH, unless notified
otherwise, you will automatically be a member with Dartmouth CAPS!

Blitz "dartmouth cancer and patient services" if you have any questions or would
like to be put on our blitzlist!

Cheers,
CAPS execs
