Sugar Crew is a group of students who run the maple sugaring operation at the Dartmouth Organic Farm, tapping trees, boiling sap, tasting syrup, processing the syrup, and selling our finished product to campus. We hang out at the farm, cook meals together, and go on field trips together, all the while making (and eating!) lots of delicious maple syrup. See the attached info sheet for more details on what we do.





Logistics

DATES: March 14th- March 24th, 2019 +weekly workdays winter and spring terms

COST: $190 (Includes all meals, field trips, transportation, and lodging costs)

* Need-based financial aid available upon request. If cost for whatever reason will be a barrier, please talk to us! We don’t want finances to prevent you from participating.
