Dartmouth Athenaeum Society
Undergraduate Essay Contest
*Details: *
1.
Please respond to the following prompt: “What, if anything, is the value
of re-reading?”
2.
Your responses may take any form transmittable via blitz, including, but
not limited to: traditional essays, videos, music, animation, fiction,
poetry, etc. There are no word maxima, minima, or otherwise restricting
parameters.
3.
The entries will be scored and ranked entirely by a committee composed
of undergraduate members of Dartmouth Athenaeum Society, with possible
advising from select faculty members.
4.
All classes are eligible to participate; present, participating members
of Athenaeum Society are not.
5.
Book prizes will be awarded to First, Second and Third-ranked entries,
with possible prizes and formal recognition to other outstanding entries.
6.
Please submit all entries (as well as questions regarding contest rules
and processes) to [log in to unmask] by May 15th.
7.
Do *NOT* submit entries to [log in to unmask]
They will not be read or scored.
8.
Winners will be notified via blitz by the start of the 2014 Summer Term.
