Here is Dr. Jean Luc's bio:


Dr. Nkurikiyimfura is the Director of the HIV clinic in Kigali Rwanda, Consultant in Internal Medicine Department at Kigali Teaching Hospital, Visiting Lecturer at Clinical Medicine and Community Health and faculty at the Kigali Health Institute. He graduated from the National University of Rwanda and the London School in Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. His interests include treatment and prevention of HIV/AIDS, malaria, malnutrition and other infectious diseases especially for children. He has organized a number of hands-on training sessions for health workers, community leaders and parents related to pediatric HIV/AIDS. Dr. Nkurikiyimfura is also a member of the Rwanda Medical Association, Rwanda Medical Council, an International member of AAHPM and a member of IAHPC. He is an expert in HIV clinical care and is now interested in expanding his understanding of comprehensive HIV care programs such as we have at DHMC. He is at Dartmouth to explore ways to provide more comprehensive care at his clinic in Kigali.
