In this 3-week OUTDOOR yoga series (registration preferred, drop-ins welcome), students will be guided through a mindful movement practice that emphasizes focus on the present moment, conscious breathing, & cultivation of self-compassion. Each class will open with a brief meditation followed by gentle yoga postures that help to stretch & strengthen the body while calming & focusing the mind. We will end with time for deep relaxation.

Join LB White, RYT-200, CWC, for a glorious hour of outdoor yoga. Breathe in the fresh air, soak up the sun, feel the grass between your toes -- all while creating a greater sense of peace. No experience or equipment necessary! 3 FREE HOUR-LONG Sessions!
