Interested in advancing your student publication, or in starting a student led publication, or reviving one? Through a funded grant, we are offering a series of workshops for student-led publishing at Dartmouth. The publications that have representatives at each of these workshops will earn $300.00 to support some aspect of your publication. Refreshments provided!

At this workshop, you'll learn about best practices and develop actions for your publication to achieve these goals.

2. Copyright and Author Rights<http://libcal.dartmouth.edu/event/3122575> Wed. 2/8, 3:30-4:30,  Baker Library 152
Authors, editors, and publication managers will learn how to respond to
questions from authors, contributors, and editors such as: "Can I republish
this image in my article?" "When I publish in your journal or magazine, who
owns my work?"

Develop or refine your journal's editorial review policies and develop plans for successful
editorial and management transitions.

4. Individual Publication Consultations Location, date and time your choice!
We'll consult with your publication's people (authors, editors, publication
managers, advisers, etc.) to help you achieve your specific goals.

Reflect on what you learned and plan your next steps for your publication.
