The Guru Angad Institute of Sikh Studies of Sterling, Virginia brings a unique experience to the Upper Valley. Join the Tucker Center and the Paddock Music Library for a lecture and demonstration in the Faulkner Recital Hall. You won't want to miss this rare opportunity to hear Indian classical music in the Upper Valley!

The Guru Angad Institute of Sikh Studies (GAISS) is a faith-based educational organization aiming to enshrine an appreciation and understanding of Sikh heritage, language and music among children, youth and adults. The performance group consists of both students and master musicians, performing on traditional instruments. GAISS strives to cultivate a sense of belonging and purpose in Sikhism through inspiration, motivation and a diligent educational agenda relating to Sikh heritage and knowledge of global issues.

A formal recital will also be given in Rollins Chapel at 8PM on the same day.
