So, what is RLF, you might ask?

RLF is a collection of roughly 25 leaders from diverse corners of campus. Together, we engage in a yearlong program with the hopes of learning lessons in leadership, and subsequently reflecting to apply these lessons to our personal leadership, on campus and beyond. During our weekly Thursday night sessions, we host outstanding speakers ranging from academics to business professionals to military experts to members of Dartmouth's Board of Trustees. Beyond access to guest speakers, RLF provides the unique opportunity to build bridges between a diverse cohort of leaders from around campus.
