The Afro-American Society is looking for set designers, sound designers, actors, hair and make-up artists, and more to help plan and create our first-ever haunted house, which will be hosted at the Shabazz Center on Wednesday, October 31st.

We will be meeting on Sunday, October 14th from 7pm - 8pm in the Shabazz Mural Room to have a tour of the three rooms available, as well as discuss ideas for bringing to life different scenes from African, Caribbean, and African American pop culture, history, etc. while also maintaining the safety and security of our community.
