You would be paired up with an alumni mentor 3-5 years out to help guide you through your junior or senior year, give you tips on salary negotiation, job interviewing, effective communication in a work place, leadership and many other topics relevant to your professional development and transition after graduation.

Mentoring pairs are expected to connect at least 2 times a month via Skype, phone or in person, depending on the location. We will provide Mentoring Hours on Wednesdays at 4:30-5:30pm to give you space to connect with your mentor and other mentees. If you can’t make these times, you will be expected to arrange other times that work for you and your mentor.

As a part of the larger Rockefeller Mentoring Program, you will be expected to mentor a freshmen in the winter term for the Rockefeller Peer Mentoring Program (RAMP), which has a similar schedule.
