Below is the ISA exec list for 2015-2016:

President
Vice President
Social Chair
Design Chair
Public Relation Chair
Club Secretary

You can apply to multiple posts and you are strongly encouraged to do that.
If you apply for VP/President you are highly recommended to put down at least one other non VP/President role.
Other than that you just need to submit a list of specific events/goals you hope to achieve for ISA next year.

An example (made from powerpoint) is given as below, some advertising/artistic elements might be helpful, but just don't overdo it.

Deadline: blitz [log in to unmask] by the end of June 1st with both the text version and the artistic version of your campaign sample

(Note: the sample is just for your reference vis-à-vis the general format, not the content as the latter needs to come from your thinking based on what you are willing to contribute as a candidate and we can't do for you):
