WHY: Come hear Mr. Madley speak about his experiences in the business world and financial industry.

Ben Madley earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Yale University in 1994 before going to Oxford, as a Henry Fellow, where he earned his M.St. After Oxford, Ben worked for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the March of Dimes before entering the business world. He first worked as a Strategy Associate for the GAND/HURD Group in Oslo, Norway and Berkeley, California before co-founding Nesta Advisors & Capital, with offices in Norway and California. Ben then helped to start 4Charity.com, in Palo Alto, before returning to academic in 2002. He earned his Ph.D. from Yale University in 2009 and is now an Andrew Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow at Dartmouth College where he teaches History and Native American Studies.
