Did you know that the Claflin Jewelry Studio owns a precision Swiss-made pulse arc welder called the PUK 4? It can weld jewelry parts together in incredibly intricate ways. All of the action happens under a specially designed microscope. For this very special workshop there will be a number of pulse arc units to try. Come find and find out what is possible! LEARN MORE

Sessin Durgham is part of the technical support team from Rio Grande Jewelry Equipment. He is an award-winning jewelry designer including a Saul Bell award and a prestigious Spectrum award. Sessin has a BFA in Jewelry/Metals from Northern Arizona University. This past spring he presented a technical paper on pulse arc welding at the 2014 Santa Fe Jewelry Symposium.
