CnT doesn't stop hiking for finals - and we could all use a study break.


THURSDAY THURSDAY THURSDAY (Sign up today!!)


What: Smarts Mountain When: 9am - 4pm

Why: This hike will make you smarter for finals!! It's a 7 mile hike with great views on top of a fire tower! Food and good company included.

Level: 3

What: Mt. Ascutney

When: 9-4 on Thursday

Why: because mountains>>>the library and it's gonna be a beautiful hike!!

Level : 3 (7 mi)

FRIDAY FRIDAY FRIDAY


What: Killington Peak

When: 10 AM - 6 PM

Why: At 7.4 miles and 2400 vertical feet, this hike is almost identical difficulty-wise to Moosilauke. But it's in Vermont, and it's a 4000-footer, and it's something new! If you don't have exams on Friday, then this is the hike for you.

What : Smarts Trailwork

When : 9am - 4pm

Why: Low on DBA? Finals got you stressed? Come get free food and take a break from studying with CnT! We will be hiking in about 2 miles than cutting blow downs on the smarts trail.

What : Mt. Hunger Trifecta!

When : 10am-5pm

Why: Chill 4 mile hike followed by visits to the Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream Factory, A cider mill (with cider doughnuts), and the Cabot Cheese Factory! Let off finals stress by stress eating yummy samples! Bring small bills to pay 4 food

SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY


What: Galehead Hike

When: Sunday, 7:30 am to 6 pm

Why: Finals don't actually matter. Also this hike will be cool, and one of the last chances for the term. 10 miles, pretty strenuous, but very worth it!

Level: 4 Leaders: Ethan Cook and Sam Lefkofsky

Cost: $6 DOC, $10 non-DOC To sign up, blitz Sam Lefkofsky at [log in to unmask] with your DA$H number and dietary restrictions


To sign up for any trip, use the signups link or blitz the leader of that trip with your DA$H number (make sure you have money in your account!) or saying you would like to pay in cash. Please also send any dietary restrictions and any gear you want to borrow (for free) for the trip. Your spot will be reserved once you pay.  If the trip is free, just blitz the leader to reserve a spot. Financial aid is available for DOC members if the trip costs more than $10. If you are not a DOC member, you can become one by visiting Robinson Hall 119 to sign up!
