Every year, CnT hikes Moosilauke on the evening of the Fourth of July to watch all the fireworks from miles around!

This year, we're sending up three groups based on pace:



The leisurely / less strenuous group will be leaving campus at 4:30pm on Thursday, with more time to hike. Led by Shannon Sartain and Rachel Kent!



The moderate group will be leaving campus at 5pm on Thursday. Led by Maya Khanna and Colin Goodbred!



The fast / more strenuous group will be leaving campus at 5:30PM on Thursday, with the least amount of time to hike. Led by Katie McCabe!



We are encouraging everyone to spend the night at the Lodge, since we won't be done hiking till around midnight! (Also it's fun and it's going to be free!) We'll be returning to campus before 9Ls on Friday morning. However, there will be a van going back to campus laaate that night.



Dinner, snacks, and breakfast (if you sleep over) will be provided, and you can borrow any gear you might need! The gear required for this trip is a daypack, non-cotton layers, hiking boots/sturdy shoes, a headlamp, WARM layers (perhaps even a puffy jacket), and a sleeping bag (strongly recommended for the top).

*Note: this is the form for all three of the hiking groups! You may also indicate on the form whether or not you're planning on spending the night. Sign-ups close Thursday at 8am.
