To sign up for a​ny trip, blitz the leader of that trip with your DA$H number (make sure you have money in your account) or saying you'd like to pay in cash. Please also send any dietary restrictions. Your spot will be reserved once you pay. If the trip is free, just blitz the leader to reserve a spot.​ Financial aid is available for DOC members if the trip costs more than $10. If you are not a DOC member, you can become one by visiting Robinson Hall 119 to sign up.​​

When: Friday at 5 AM and back around 8:30 AM
Why: Last few chances to do a sunrike before the end of fall term and the Hanover coldness!

What: Overnight at Great Bear Cabin
When: 6pm Friday night to 10am Saturday morning (leaving time flexible!)
Why: Because it's my Heeler overnight and will be tons of fun. We'll eat dinner, play games, have snacks, maybe sleep for a bit, then breakfast in the morning all at the lovely Great Bear cabin which has a wood stove!

What: Billings Cabin Heeler overnight and Mount Jefferson Hike
When: 6pm Friday-dinner Saturday (pre-DOC formal)
Why: Because when have three square meals been this trip and staying in an insulated cabin in the shadow of Mt. Washington isn't too bad either. The hike the next day will have super rewarding views, but may change location depending on weather. Will be an epic and exciting adventure in the mountains!

What: Mt. Cardigan Hike! [5 miles round trip - 360 degree view from summit]
When: Saturday from 10:00am - 3:00 pm Why: It's not winter yet. But it will be so soon. Hang out on a mountain with a gorgeous view before New Hampshire becomes the polar vortex. #thisiswhatdreamsaremadeof #siberia?

When: Saturday 2:30-4:30
Why: Maybe you want to fulfill your leader requirements. Maybe you just like playing with fire (safely, of course). Either way, come learn how to make a fire.

Why: Adventure! Exploration! And Fun!! Holt's Ledge is a great four mile hike up to a cliff face where we'll munch on snacks and enjoy a spectacular view!!

What: Penta Privy Trailwork
When: Sunday 9am - 5pm
Why: Thru-hikers need to use the bathroom too! Most of the heavy lifting is already done, we'll be carrying some lumber and tools and constructing a new crib for the penta privy.

What: Lonesome Lake Hike
When: Sunday 9am to 5pm
Why: Because the Lonesome Lake hike is a beautiful, easy-to-moderate 3.5 mile hike right in the middle of Franconia Notch State Park with gorgeous views of Franc Ridge and the surrounding mountains! Plus, it may cold in New Hampshire, but there is an awesome AMC hut at the lake that is warm (with hot cocoa)!

What: Moosilauke + Great Bear hike and overnight!
When: Sunday 9AM to Monday before classes
Why: Because this Sunday is the perfect Sunday to take a break from the end-o-term stress and experience the out-o-doors. Where else will you be provided food, fun, and awesome companionship for just a buck. It's going to be fabulous! (Also, help me finish my requirements! I will love you for ever!)

Mt. Tecumseh Hike!!!
When: Sunday 9-5ish
Why: Moderately strenuous hike that should have some sweet views. 4,003 feet, or the easiest way to be legit.
