This weekend might be Green Key, but what better way to cure a hangover than to get outside?? Here's what CnT is doing this week (and the beginning of next week too):


SATURDAY SATURDAY SATURDAY      What: Montpelier Contra Dance!
When: 6:45pm-12:00am
Why: Contra dancing is great for both beginners and experienced dancers, and the Montpelier dance is super high-energy and fun! Beginners are ALWAYS welcome!

SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY    What: Mount Isolation and Boott Spur
When: 5 PM Saturday to 9 PM Sunday
Why: This strenuous 13-mile hike will take us high above treeline and deep into the Dry River Wilderness, where we'll experience mind-boggling views, rugged trails, and--you guessed it--isolation. This will be a great hike, with great company, on two of the coolest-named mountains ever! We also will eat dinner and stay overnight at the Lodj on Saturday night.

SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY    What: Mt. Mansfield
When: Sunday 10am-Sunday 5pm
Why: Because it's week 8 and Green Key and who could possibly want to work on a Sunday? There will be great weather, yummy food, fantastic views, and lovely company. The hike will be about 9 miles and moderately strenuous.

(next) MONDAY MONDAY MONDAY     What: HEELER OVERNIGHT AT HINMAN!!!
When: Leaves at 7:30PM on Monday the 23rd, back in time for 10As on Tuesday
Why: Because sometimes you need to creatively skip CnT meetings. And there will be snacks.
