Dear colleagues,

It's wonderful that we've had so much detailed and interesting discussion right from the beginning, but I understand that 30 emails in the inbox from a mailing list in one day is more than some people are likely to be happy about.

As some of you know, this list does have the option of a digest format. As far as I know, the best way to get the list in that digest format is to go to http://listserv.dartmouth.edu/scripts/wa.exe?A0=ANCIENT-FOOD-TECH to unsubscribe, then resubscribe to the digest. If you do choose to go the digest route, I'll specifically ask that any time you reply to a digest email, you cut from your reply any emails other than the one you're replying to, in order to keep the digest to a reasonable length.

Thanks much,
Julie
