Site of the Manhattan Project, and home to the world's most powerful x-ray machine, Los Alamos National Laboratory employs some of the world's finest scientists, engineers, technicians, and professionals in multiple disciplines. LANL is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for Space-Based Detection Systems (R&D Engineer 3) to work in their Electronics and Signal Processing Division. You will lead the development of custom instrumentation for various space-based detection systems.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field with 6-8 years of experience or a PhD in Electrical Engineering or similar field with 4-6 years of experience is required.
