I'm equally sure that most readers of this list are aware that authorization to duplicate is standard practice by most publishers and that no one in our profession advocates illegal copying and distribution of tapes.

I'm sure all readers of this list are aware that unauthorized cassette
duplication of copyrighted material is unlawful!

Some publishers have developed inexpensive tape sets that allow students
to acquire legal copies for about $3 a tape instead of having to pay the
full list price for each set.  Surely this is a better solution than
circulating lots of illegal copies.
