Hello, Research Community,

 

ALERT:  An issue with RAPPORT funding proposal data, reported out of IRA, has an issue that needs to be corrected.  This was discovered late Friday and is actively being corrected.  We request that you not run Funding Proposal reports in IRA until further notice. 

 

IMPACT:  This includes any report that queries RAPPORT proposal data.  Please refer to screenshots below for report names on Launchpads.  Any adhoc reports using RAPPORT Funding Proposal are also impacted.

 

Description:  Funding Proposal reports in IRA are currently returning inaccurate Funding Proposal status information.  Specifically, the status <Not Funded> is being returned as <Awarded> for most funding proposals.  It is believed that this error began last week (sometime between 3/17 – 3/21).

 

In the Meantime: We hope this will be resolved in the next day or two.  If you have an urgent need for Funding Proposal reporting, please contact OSP-Rapport [log in to unmask] and we will provide the data you need.

 

We apologize for the inconvenience and will let you know as soon as this issue is resolved.
