VINS has a rehab service: http://www.vinsweb.org/index.php/rehab-a-release/wildlife-rehabilitation
They can probably advise you about catching the bird.  Perhaps leave seed on the ground near the barn for it. Very vulnerable to predators though.

Hope all goes well.

We have had at our feeders for the past week-10 days a plucky, flightless junco. At the first sign of "danger" it goes scurrying off across the snow toward the backside of the barn. I'm wondering if there is a wildlife rehabilitator licensed to care for a wild bird. We don't really have any kind of netting we could use to catch it. I don't know how it became flightless; perhaps it hit one of our windows. Thanks.
