Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started.

Pleasant to observe our first Red-winged Blackbird of the year up here on the Thetford-Strafford border. A single male atop an apple tree. Earlier reports I’ve read have come from down around the Connecticut River, so I thought I’d note this one up higher (we’re at about 1250’). First observation in 2016 was on March 1^st; last year on Feb. 26^th, so this one is more or less on schedule. Nice to hear that call again.
