From Kerwin Hill in Norwich: birds have been few and far between since mid to late September. Have only filled feeders once since then, rather than at least weekly as in previous years. BIrding expert on VPR last month suggested current reported decline in bird activity is just variation of normal. Sure seems more extreme than that to this beginner birder.
