Squash, Squash Everywhere!

$30 per person

If too much squash from the garden has you wondering what you can do with it all or you just see many kinds at the market and aren’t sure what to do with them, we have just the class for you. Join chef Michael Perlov, at the Co-op Food Store’s Culinary Learning Center and participate in cooking 3 squash dishes.

Using a local farmers product, you will create a Squasha-Ganza!  Learn to make a sumptuous side dish, a hearty soup and a squash-lish-ish dessert!

The breakfast is open to Dartmouth community veterans, families, faculty, and staff. Seating is limited. Registration is required.

Montshire Unleashed: An Evening for Adults

Cost: Members free; non-members $10; presale $8; MCA employees $7.

 

Unleash your curiosity at the Montshire’s evenings for adults. Experience the joy of discovery that comes from a trip to the Museum—at night! Whether it's a night out with friends, a special evening with a date, or a chance to meet like-minded science enthusiasts, there’s lots to explore at Montshire Unleashed. Let whimsy guide your visit as you create giant bubbles or get lost in the foam fountain. Challenge your brain with mind-boggling puzzles at the Solve It! exhibition. Release your inner scientist through guided experiments at the Science Discovery Lab. Or just kick back, relax, and enjoy the food, drinks, and music. Jasper Murdock Ale and wine from the Norwich Inn will be available for purchase, as well as food from Piecemeal Pies. Live music by DJ Skar. Adults 21 and over only.
