At Kilowatt boat ramp early this morning there is what looks like an immature Great Cormorant sitting on the long log in the river. He has a white breast and tan neck, and is considerably larger than the two Double-crested Cormorants (I think) next to him. I'll send a photo to George Clark for confirmation.
