Tomorrow's scheduled bird banding demonstration at Campbell Flat
Road, Norwich Bird Week's wrap-up event, has been postponed due to the weather. We've rescheduled it for next Sunday May 21
from 8-10:30 am. Details will be provided here and on the Norwich Bird

This
morning's field trip along the Connecticut River was well-attended, and the birds did not
disappoint. We first covered the Ledyard Bridge area,
then Kendall Station. Highlights included great looks at an adult Bald
Eagle, two Green Herons, a Solitary Sandpiper, and numerous songbirds, with a
male Wilson's Warbler arguably the bird of the day. ________________________
