Here in the woods at 1,400š near Downer Forest in Sharon/South Strafford, the Blue-headed vireo has been around for at least 2 weeks, but no Red-eyeds. The Yellow-rumped warblers also maybe 2 weeks, several, as is usual. And just this week, Ovenbirds galore. Highlight thus far is a solitary Lincolnšs sparrow. But overall itšs very quiet for early-to-mid-May. Very, especially with regard to the warblers by now usually Išve seen several species. But except for the two above and an occasionally audible Black & White, nada, niente, nothing. A bit weird.
