Ending Soon! The registration deadline for Dartmouth’s Wetterhahn Science Symposium is fast approaching on Monday, May 8. All students wishing to present a poster must register. If you are presenting at the Wetterhahn Symposium, plan to attend the “Making and Presenting Scientific Posters” session. This session will take place on Tuesday, May 9, from 6:00-7:00 p.m. in Carson 61.

Recently Dr. Marcelo Gleiser, Professor of natural philosophy, physics and astronomy and director of the Institute for Cross-Disciplinary Engagement commented on people’s understanding, perceptions, and experiences with time in a piece on National Public Radio.

A unique opportunity offered only to undergraduate female students at Dartmouth.

The McKinsey Women's Impact Award is dedicated to funding young women who are passionate about creating significant change in one of the following areas:
• Global public health
• Economic development and opportunity creation
• Sustainability
• Social innovation and technology
Award recipients will receive $1,500 toward their summer employment, volunteer work, research or independent project that relates to one of the areas mentioned above.

First-years, sophomores, and juniors who identify as a woman (regardless of sex assigned at birth) may apply.
