There was a Savannah Sparrow singing it's two-part trill in the cow pasture
just north of Reed's Marsh this morning. The "ticking" call of a Wilson's
Snipe was also heard here (it has been back for a few days, also displaying
at times). A Swamp Sparrow was trilling from the cat-tails at Reed's Marsh.
All three species can be heard at these spots (and seen if you are lucky)
throughout the breeding season.   Jeff
