Bio: 30 years in higher education, 25 working directly with graduate students and postdocs at Cornell University, Yale University and I currently serve as the Assistant Dean for graduate student and postdoctoral affairs at University of Connecticut.
Elected to serve as the inaugural president of the Graduate Career Consortium, the only international professional organization focused specifically on career related issues for graduate students and postdocs at R1 institutions. Invited speaker on Career related talks around the nation and closer to home at places such as New York Academy of Sciences, UNC and HERC.
