Hey Bill,

Perhaps your neighbor ought to spare the coyotes and let them hunt and redistribute the deer around Thetford Hill. Then, your blueberries might have a better chance.

So Friday night we drove into our driveway…..a small herd of 10 deer.  Wow.  In our front yard.

Last night we drive in, about 5:30…tail end of dusk.  And in the near distance, 21 deer.  Woowee.

Lelia talked to the neighbor who was just returning from coyote hunting…. He had counted  25 in the herd and another  15 north of them.  That’s 40 !

Hate to think what they will do to the blueberries, and my young apples.   And what are they eating ?    Competing with the turkeys and ruffed grouse for mast ?

Happy days
