Montshire Unleashed is free with Museum admission. MCA employees receive $2 off at the door (bring your company ID), or
pre-purchase your admission and save $3.
We’ll be celebrating by hosting jam sessions throughout the museum. Bring your instrument and your personal entourage for a night of rockin’ out – science
style! Unleashed will run from 6-9 pm on January 20, with drinks provided by
Jasper Murdoch Ales and the Norwich Inn. Back by popular demand, we’ll also be serving up cheese sandwiches from
The Cheese Board at Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company. Montshire Unleashed is an adults-only (21+) event.

A Winter Bounty of warmth and delight-cooking with seasonal vegetables & locally sourced meats. Winter comfort foods featuring seasonal ingredients. Learn how to make scrumptious food using New England’s winter
vegetables and meats. While fresh produce is hard to come by in the New England Winter, it is not impossible. You will be using all fresh produce and locally sourced meats from our farms to create both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. We will talk and
explore the benefits of buying local- both for the economy and for the health of the environment. Meet two of our local growers, an agriculture farmer and a livestock farmer and an area wine expert. Learn (and sample if you’d like) about dessert wines from
an expert who will teach about the ways to enhance the end of an evening meal. This class will cover 4 dishes all focused on warming and nourishing your soul.
