Error during command authentication.

Error - unable to initiate communication with LISTSERV (errno=10061, phase=CONNECT, target=127.0.0.1:2306). The server is probably not started. I arrived at work at APD Hospital at 1030pm 1/1 to hear crows chattering nearby.  In the parking lot between the Community Care Center and the construction site were over 300 crows.  Watching them through the night, they sat on the asphalt, in nearby trees and on the roof of the CCC. I have never seen them roosting in this area.  I hope to see them again.
